Muriel LEON began her career at the legal department of Porsche in RENO (USA) and worked for several years in PARIS for an international law firm, before purchasing and managing the law firm ACTEA Avocats Juristes Conseils in MONTPELLIER for more than 10 years.
With more than 30 years of experience, she brings hands-on know-how in the overall management of projects and the management of multidisciplinary teams, especially in the context of setting up companies abroad.

She managed several real estate deals for her clients, including legal and financial deals, contracts financing negotiations (real estate leases, loans, etc.), leases, acts of acquisition, creation and monitoring of legal structures and relations management with institutional and various partners of the deal.
She also trained as a real estate agent certified by the AICAT (Registry of Real Estate Agents of Catalonia).
